Calendar item not showing from inbox

Hi guys

We have a user using MS outlook 2003, for some reason, the calendar item did not show up in her Inbox. I’m sure the calendar item is in her mailbox, because i can see it by clicking on “Unread Mail”.

I also checked there is no filter defined under the Messages view which currently selected by user.

Anyone has an idea?
