calender view in outlook 2003

hi, i have a problem in the view of shared calender in outlook 2003. on one of the PC, when i open the shared calenders it automatically adds 1 day to the date set….like if ABC has set a meeting on 04 sept 2008 , XYZ sees it as 4 and 5 sept 2008.
