callback on windows 2000

On windows 2000 professional
when I dial tru RAS to a NT server, On windows95 i always used to get a responce of ” do you want to call back” and it allows you to put any phone number so, the system would call back..

But on win2000 it will not ask me for a call back number..
does anyone knows how to get around this problem or how to fix it…
