Can Adobe Acrobat pull data from Excel?

I have an office floorplan as a PDF file.

I also have an Excel spreadsheet with Computer names and IP addresses.

In my imagination I create a data object in the PDF file and it pulls the specified data from the spreadsheet.

Should I keep dreaming or is this doable?
