can anyone help me bypass the primary password on my dell

i have a dell latitude that my boss needs me to help him with. hes a old forgetful man. and he set a primary password on the computer. it is blocked and i cant get around it and into the computer. not only that the login password i probably forgot by i do have a password cracking system on a cd. if any one can help me please
