Can not connect to server, SMBServer 4.0

Lately, I’ve been having trouble connecting to my Windows NT server 4.0.
And some times it disconnects me or other users.
In the server’s event viewers, it shows this message:
No license was available for user DOMAIN\USERNAME using product SMBSErver 4.0
