Can you force a domain logon in Win9x?

Are there any third-party utilities that force a user to log into the domain before using a PC (as in WinNT/Win2K)? I have several old IBM apps that must use Win9x, but I want to prevent janitorial staff and other unauthorized users from simply Escaping past the login screen. Suggestions?
