Can a boot disk be made for W2k when the
computer is a BOOT-Locked, tied to the BIOS System. Instead of an OEM version of the OS, Microsoft has asked Computer Vendors to create REcovery CD’s that have this boot-locking mechanism as an anti-piracy control.
