Cancelling Membership

Your website says that to discontinue my membership I must “contact Customer Support via the Submit a Question tab above, which provides you with the email Web form. Please be sure to select Membership and Registration Inquiry as your product and topic. Include the email address you registered with and your user name. Please be sure to request cancellation of your newsletter subscriptions as well, if applicable.”

Please help me do this. I cannot read your emails which arrive at least 5-6 times a day! All garbled!!
