Cannot find file – error message

I am trying to install a third party application (2006). During the process I receive the following error message:

“cannot find file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\pftFD~tmp\DISK1\setup.exe or one of its components”

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2
