Cannot open Outlook 2000, weird problem?

Hi,

Im using Outlook 2000 on a Windows Terminal server. Im unable to open Outlook with any account on the server. I receive an error stating: “There was an error opening Outlook, please log out of Windows and try again”. However using the client from another system I can open Outlook fine. Why can I open Outlook through the client but not at the actual server where its located at?
