Cann’t Access PDC

We have two subnet. Sometimes I cann’t access the PDC in another subnet. The situation is:
The two subnets are: 172.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 (PDC’s location)
172.168.2.0 255.255.255.0 (My computer)
Can you help me?
