Canon MP500 Printer

I did something to the settings on my MP500 that causes it to print out (only from Outlook or thw web browser) pages that begin half-way down the page, with all subsequent pages as half-pages.

From MSOffice, everything prints out okay. I have been through the settings, and can’t find what I have done wrong. HELP!
