Can’t conect to internet on win 98 wireless

I have a Gateway Solo 225 with Windows 98 on it. I cant get it to connect to the internet.It is saying that it is connect to the router but not the net. The computer has an wireless card make by SprkLan WL-818F. My internet router is an Netopia.
Any ideas?

I had it working in my friends house but can not get it to work in mine.Stress!!
