can’t log on after storage was upgrade

I just completed upgrade storage on my server from 4×4.3gb to 4×9.1gb and install basic nt40 and backup agent, the install goes ok, but after i restore all files including window NT from tape and reboot, i can’t log into the domain, localy i log in just ok,
if any one know the fix to this problem greatly appreciate.
