Can’t Login to NT4 Server

Has anyone seen this one? I’ll hit ALT-CTRL-DEL to logon to the server, enter my username and pw, hit ok. It will start the logon process, but then suddenly goes back to the login screen. It just seems to login and then log right back out automatically.
