Can’t LOGON users to WIN2K SERVER

Just setup W2k Server and AD now what? I know how to ident comptrs, users, printers, etc. to AD what I am not sure about is how to get the users to sign on to the server. When I map the drive i get “please enter Password for this location”???
I set one for the domain but says that is not it. My question is how do i log them in is it similar to Novell with a script. I even have the windows 2000 server resource guide by my side can’t find what I am looking for. Anyone can help!
