Can’t print a pdf from web site…..

when using IE browser. Gives me the pop “For security reasons, IE is unable to download the file you are requesting”. I’ve lowered my custom settings to the lowest setting, and still not working. Firefox browser prints the document just fine though. Any suggestions?
