Can’t seem to Solve batmeter.dll Problem

OK here it goes..When my co-worker starts her computer she got a message something to the effect of “error starting program, batmeter.dll mising export…setupapi.dll” So what I did was renamed the dlls and used system file checker and reinstalled the dlls (Operating system is win98SE) Rebooted and now get the following error “Systray.exe linked to missing export batmeter.dll:destroy batmeter” I did nothing else and tried to search the internet with no results. I’m now asking fellow members of techrepublic for any help.
