Career Change

Hi IT Manager,

I am having 5 years exp in IT industry and my main skill is on PowerBuilder.
As for PowerBuilder does not have any development projects and is not so strong in the Market, I decide to shift to Siebel CRM.
I have knowledge on some custom ERP prodcuts. Is my move a wise one. ?

I am also looking for Canada Immigration, so will Siebel help me in future? Or what else will be there?
