Recently not more than three months ago I got a job with an IT consultating company in Enterprises Resource Planning as Technical Support staff. To fully participate in the operations of the company I have to spend time learning the System as it is not a small system. I have to pass some exams to be fully certified of which may take some time. On the other hand am a recently qualified accountant with very little experience. My dream career has always been Finance related jobs.
My main worry is am i wasting time rather than going to jobs related to my dream career. I find these two conflicting as regards to my career aspirations. Advice accordingly.
