cc:mail to Domino R5 migration

Now I’m implementing a mail system migration project of Lotus Cc:mail to Lotus Domino R5. On the coexistance phase, I met a difficulty of that I can put my Domino R5 directory information (users , domain information,etc) to cc:mail directory, but I can’t get cc:mail directory information to Domino R5. I checked all my configuration setting and didn’t find and mismatch. and also, there are no error message occur. When I manually input the “Tell CCMTA ApplyADE” on Domino console, the reply message are:”CCMTA: Start processing APPLYADE command, CCMTA: No ADE message found”. Can you give me any suggestions ?
