CDONTS problems with IIS 4.0

Hello,

I am having trouble with CDONTS on IIS 4.0. I have an asp page that sends an email, but the messages never get sent, they just queue up in the C:\InetPub\Mailroot\Queue directory. the content of the messages in the queue look normal, andthe addresses are correct. Any thoughts?
