Certification Boot / Training Camp

Hi, Looking for feedback with respect to Certification Boot Camps. I am considering MCSE 2003 and CCNA. I have been in the IT field for a number of years but have been somewhat removed from it for a year or so. Not currently having my certifications in order at this time I thought this might be a way to go.

I am looking at 2 camps:
Advantage Technical Training
The Training Camp

Has anybody gone to them any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
