Certified Internet Webmaster

I considering getting CIW(Certified Internet Webmaster) Certified but I hear the field has dried up and there isn’t many openings under the job titles that I know. What types of careers are open for CIW Certified individuals? Perhaps I don’t have enough information…Thanks for your help.
