I find two major problems in my work with other Companys. Basic installation of hardware & Software and in-house Training and Education of the users of the stuff. It is especially a problem when the very people that call me in find that two-thirds of the resolutions are of no value: “…the things do work now don’t they? ::: Well then this isn’t necessary, right?::: Well, is it?”
You walk out with your check right down to their bank and cash it and stop at the Probate Court there and make an Entry in the matter and address it with the new owner or the people calles in next to rectify the hardware problem that is ansd wasectifyable with only a little instruction to the personell of that Company.
