cgjsapi.dll and cgjsapi.jar for javax.speech package

i just needed cgjsapi.jar and cgjsapi.dll files to import the javax.speech package….
i couldn’t find it any where….
can u help me…its urgent…..

this package is required for speech engine in my java project……..
