Change control software?

We are looking for recommendations on change control software. We are in a pure Windows 2000 / Active Directory network, and we’re looking for software to automate, as much as possible, the change control process.

We have not implemented change control yet, we are waiting to determine what software we will use, if any, and how it will integrate with our processes.
