change password across mult. domains

Hi,

How can I make it easy on the user that need to change there password on a different domain that is not trusted.
For 95/98 users they just change domain and change password after logon.

NT users can’t do that they don’t have rights to join the other domain.

Any ideas or know of any programs that will do this from a different domain
