Changing Active Directory DC and Exchange Default Gateway

Our ISP is changing their subnetting schema and notified us that within couple of weeks we have to change our default gateway and subnet mask info. The static Ip will remain the same only the subnetmask and the default gateway.

I am wondering will there be any problem or is there any precaution I need to take?
