Changing NIC 1/2 duplex –> full-dupl

In Windows, I’m familiar with how to change the duplexing mode on a NIC. But, can’t seem to locate where or how to change the duplexing mode from 1/2 to full-duplexing in Linux (RedHat9). Is anyone willing to share their knowledge on how to accomplish this task with RH 9? Thank you in advance.
