Changing the Screen Saver Password

I have a user who has forgotten her screen saver password. We had to hard reboot her Windows 98 machine, then went to Display/Screen Saver…we are unable to change the password because it requires the old password, which she doesn’t seem to know.Is there a workaround to fix this?
