checkbox to transfer data to another excel file

I’m looking for a way to add/click a checkbox(or similar control), in excel, to transfer a/the line of data to another sheet. I have a long list of items to review, and I would like to add a checkbox with text “Submittal Required” at the beginning of each of these lines. Checking this box would copy the data on that line over to my submittal tracking sheet. Each line begins with a numerical value. I would prefer that the line be added in sequential numerical position on the new sheet, if possible.
I can add checkboxes, etc, but I know next to nothing about programming.
