Checklist for client installation

I have recent been approached to figure out how to set up an office with 1 Windows 2000 Server and 3 WS. I am in need of a diagram and a checklist so that I have an idea what I am getting into prior to doing this job.

I have no experience in Windows 2000 but I am Novell certified. any direction or assistance would be helpful.
