Checklist of SLA for External Service Pr

Our company will hire a new provider to Data center outsourcer and ASP (include ERP and CRM). Can somebody tell me some points to begin writing our SLA?.
We have some idea, but we would like to exchance idea between people that it’s had experienceabout it.
