CIO job search rejection

The job search for CIOs and sr. executive level IT professionals is more challenging than ever, given the present economy. But even if a CIO gets a job interview, there’s a good chance the competition will be fierce. To survive rejection and even use the experience to propel one to positive self-reflection or the opportunity to get feedback into their own skills base and abilities, what can CIOs do?
