Cisco Router meets Sesame Street

My Cisco 2600 router on a test network looks like it may have been compromised, but I can’t figure out how. Does anyone know of a vulnerability or exploit that will cause the router to send the alphabet (in Hex) to a specific internal node (runningIIS)?
