Cisco’s Web based tools for switches

Does anyone know a way to do this securely? We have not implimented the web server on our switches as we feel that the security is too weak.
We use RADIUS authentication to access our 4003 and 6509 switches, and the command line interface for changes at this time. Thank you, Del
