CiscoWorks2000 update?

Hi all,

This is my first post here and I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’m a network engineer implementing CiscoWorks in my company’s environment and have run into a bit of a roadblock.

I’m running RME 3.2 which happens to not have any IDU’s for it. RME 3.2 does not support 1710 routers, nor does it support Catalyst 2550 series switches. As a result, I have over 75 devices in my network not managable by this application.

Does anyone have this suite that can offer some advice? Any help is appreciated.
