Citrix connection Issues. FIOS vs. AT&T Aircard vs. Public Wireless

For some reason I cannot to Citrix using my FIOS connection at home. If I
disable my FIOS connection, and use my AT&T Aircard, I connect with no
problem. If I stop at a Starbucks or my local Apple store, I have no
problem connecting via their wireless connection. It does not make any
sense to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
