Citrix Help Needed

Hi All.

Dell PE2500 Dual PIII-933 2.5 GB RAM

Windows 2000 SP3 Office 2003 Citrix XPa FR3

There are 35 or so thin clients – HP and CPQ’s

At about 8-9 users, things are OK. When the process count (all users) hits about 150-155, the CPU utlization pegs at 100% and stays there. I have seen it where 10-12 users, only using WinWord and IExplore kill this box. It is on the very edge of being unusable due to lack of response time.

What am I missing? Memory usage right now (177 processes)(20 users) is 1.3 GB available. Both CPU’s are pegged.
