Client not connect to the network.

1). I am using MS Outlook 97 for my email. Is there a way I can backup all my emails onto the floppy or zip drive? If so, how so?

2).I am installing NT WS 4.0 on my client’s machine. I am connecting to the network domain and not to the workgroup. Also I am not creating the new user from the User Manager from his machine. But I do create User Profile in NT Server. I thought I did everything but he is still not connecting to my server.

3). How do I get my Techpoints increase? Whatif my techpoints ran out to 0?
