Cluster Software; MS or Veritas?

Hi,

We are planing to implement a cluster solution within our org. We would like to start with having a MS Exchange 2003 running on cluster mode.

Now the big question is should we go ahead and use MS Cluster or choose to use Veritas Cluster Server and Exch. agent?
