CLUSTERING Requirements

We are just adding a new browser based
software solution to our LAN. It uses IIS and SQL7. Unfortunately none of the servers are clustered but NT4 enterprise is installed on both machines…

Question:

What are the requierments for a cluster, can I just setup a PC with NT4 enterprise and create a cluster or does the Hardware need to be exact same
