CNE update to 6 audio helps

Has anyone tried this: http://www.mtechservices.ca/MTech/DriveTime.html?
This is an audio CD study aid. They have on for the CNE update to 6 test.
I spend a LOT of time driving to/from work and could use it for study time.
The free sample was very pleasing to listen to. Is it just someone reading from the book? The website does not say what the run time is.

FYI – I tried www.audioexam.com for some MS tests and could not stand it
(they don’t have any Novell stuff). There does not seem to many audio study
aids out there.
