code to play the AVI ,WMV,MOV,FLV files in asp.net

i have written below code in asp.net to play 4 types of movie files as mentioned in question.
I am getting only player thumbnels but unable to play it.But with the same code in Firefox i am getting the WMV file played but rest files are not even getting display.Do i missing some plugins or anything else?????

Can somebody check below mentioned code & provide some suggestions……
