Cognos Development Resources

Can anyone point me to a good Cognos (I am using 8.4) resource online? I am developing Transformer cubes for several projects and feel that there is probably a better way than how I am doing it. Basically, I am looking for technical stuff, how should I be designing my metadata model? How should I bring this into Transformer? I’ve searched and searched on ibm.com and cognos.com and I am not finding what I am looking for. Anyone have any good places that go for Cognos Tech info?
