Coldfusion server

Sometimes the coldfusion server, implemented on IIS 4 Web server stops certain colf fusion tag services like “CFFILE” etc, this behaviour persists even if the coldfusion application server, executive & RDS services are stopped and restarted. This problem vanishes upon hard booting the server NT server.
