Columns are not align in MS Access Report

Hello guys!

I have a problem in aligning a two-column report in ms access. The first page is perfectly aligned but next pages, the first row is not align with the other rows. This only occurs when the orientation of the report is “right to left”

The properties of the report.
width: 3.4″
height: 2.15″
orientation: right to left

Page Setup:
Paper Size: Legal Paper
Orientation: portrait
Number of Column: 2
Column Layout: Across, then down

Has anyone encountered this error? What should I do to align the columns.
