COM Surrogate Error Message – ???

Hello everyone,

My Exchange 2003 is being overwhelmed by the “Com Surrogate Message”. The CPU is being maxed out and unsure what to do.

The latest error in application log looks like this:

Faulting application dllhost.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, faulting module SinkHelper.dll, version 3.3003.2.0, fault address 0x0000ccb8.

What is COM Surrogate?
